Suplast® SPT-MSA42 is a special type of polycarboxylate . Its unique formulation is based on the polycarboxylate technology. SPT-MSA42 meets the requirements of GB8076-2008, standard of the P. R. of China.

Applications:

SPT-MSA42 is used to improve the viscosity of concrete mixtures, combined with the normal types of polycarboxylate.When concrete mixtures dosed with other admixtures display segregation, water bleed or settlement, SPT-MSA42 can be used to replace part of the original polycarboxylate to improve the workability, and completely eliminate segregation, water bleed or settlement of the concrete mixtures.

Benefits:

The superplasticizing and viscosity-adjusting action allows for the production of high slump flowing concrete with excellent workability and slump retention even at a very low water/cementtitious materials ratio. The dispersing action maximizes cement hydration efficiency and improves early and long term compressive strengths of the concrete .

SPT-MSA42 does not contain any other intentionally added chlorides and will not initiate corrosion on steel reinforcement in the concrete.

How to use:

SPT-MSA42 is usually used to combine with other normal polycarboxylate-based admixture(About 10% is SPT-MSA42) to effectively improve the workability and viscosity of concrete mixtures. The dosage of the combined-admixture can be much larger than normal polycarboxylate-based admixtures, without concern of segregation, water bleed or settlement because of very-high-dosage.
